- Specific promotions that are explicitly excluded
How do I participate in the Loyalty Program?
- All customers are entitled to participate in the Capricho Grill’s Cappa’s Club.
- They can sign up on capricho.com.au or through the Capricho Grill mobile app on iOS app store and Google Playstore.
- Each sign-up will require customer to provide his/her first name, last name, 1 mobile number, birthdate, and 1 email address and a password. Upon registration, user cannot change his/her birthdate through the app. Any change in details will be done manually through customer service (admin@capricho.com.au). To avoid any doubt, user must share a valid ID through the customer service email to allow for verification of change in birth date.
- Only one (1) membership can be assigned per email address at any given point in time.
- Cappa’s club does not allow merging of profile, rewards/points from different profiles, including person bearing the same first and last name and birthdates.
- Upon registration, customer will be required to validate their registration through an email sent to their registered email address.
- Login is via mobile number and password
- Should the user forget or require to change their password, they can request to reset their password by providing their email address.
- A successful sign-up will be assigned a free loyalty account as part of the normal mode of sale. The account details will be provided upon logging in the validated account.
- In order to accumulate and redeem points, user has to present his/her details in-store for any in-store purchase and redemption. For online transactions, user has to log-in to his/her account before ordering.
- The account holder is responsible for the use of the account and its security. Any points redeemed through the account will be considered valid and final.
- Account and points are non-transferrable.
How do I accumulate points?
- Every 1 AUD purchase entitles customer to earn an equivalent 10 Cappa’s Club Points. (0.01 AUD = 0.1 Point). There are no minimum spend required to earn Cappa’s points.
- Every user can earn 500 points for every successful referral. Every successful referral means referred member signs up via the referrer’s referral code and referred member makes any amount of purchase.
- Every user can earn 2x points for their purchases during their birthday month. Month is defined based on calendar month.
- Points expire 2 years after accumulation. No extension can be granted. No cash top up is allowed for any points expiration extension.
- Note that should there be any refund, corresponding amount of awarded points equivalent to the amount refunded will be deducted from the account accordingly.
- If the transaction is purchased with a mix of cash and points, only the cash component equivalent will be rewarded.
- All points accumulation must be done on the actual transaction itself. Only in the event of any outage stemming from Capricho Grill’s system, we will allow for manual submission via admin@capricho.com.au. Users must submit a clear version of the receipt along with their account details. If the receipt is found to already have the corresponding points recorded, we will not be awarding the points further for the transaction in discussion.
- In order to redeem points, the user must be logged in on their account and transaction must be via their accounts (if online) and in-person in store.
- Redemption is 1,000 points for 10 AUD, or 100 points for 1 AUD.
- Minimum amount redemption is 500 points for 5 AUD.
- Users can use a mix of cash and points to transact.
- Redemption across multiple users for 1 transaction is not allowed.
- Redemption is not allowed on third party apps (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, etc.)
Additional Information
- Capricho’s Grill is not responsible for any lost or stolen accounts.
- Cappa’s Club cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Cappa’s Club cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards.
- Capricho Grill under Global ISM Proprietary Limited has the right to terminate your membership in Cappa’s Club if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Capricho Grill under Global ISM Proprietary Limited in our sole discretion, at no liability to you. If so, we will notify you by publicly posting on our website at https://www.capricho.com.au
- Capricho Grill under Global ISM Proprietary Limited may change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website at https://www.capricho.com.au. The users’ continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
- These Terms and Conditions apply to our Loyalty Program in Australia and are governed by the appropriate laws.

- Any user caught maliciously gaming the system will be disqualified from participating in the program perpetually.
- If the user deletes their account, all rewards and points will be forfeited. Any sign-up of new account for the same person will be considered a new account and previously earned points and rewards cannot be transferred to the new account.
