- Customer to send email to us to support@capricho.com.au. Customer to include details of the complaint as well as proof.
- Upon receipt of email, we will respond with acknowledgement of receipt.
- After review period of maximum 3-5 working days, we will be advising if we require additional information and/or identification
- Upon receipt of all information, maximum of 7-9 working days (may require more depending on complexity of the issue), we will provide a resolution.

Deletion of Personal Data
Upon expiration or termination of your loyalty membership we shall, upon your request, delete customer’s personal data in accordance with the standard functionality of the service, in a standardised format. Company (including its Affiliates) may retain Personal Data to the extent required by applicable laws and the agreement and will apply the protections of this DPA to Personal Data until such time as it is deleted.
Upon confirmation of deletion, we will provide you an update after 10 working days on the status of the data deletion.
